Picante Corn Casserole

I got this recipe from my friend Trisha and I would post a link to her blog to give her credit but she doesn't blog. Uhhhhhh! Gasp--I know have you caught your breath yet? This is so good and yummy I wanted to pass it on:

Picante Corn Casserole

Bake at 350 degrees

1 stick butter
1- 8 oz brick of cream cheese
12 oz bag of frozen white corn-thawed and drained
3 Tbsp onion, chopped
1-4 oz can diced green chilis
salt to taste
2 Tbsp Hot Salsa

Melt the butter and then add the cream cheese to the pan. Stir over low heat until the mixture is creamy. Combine all the remaining ingredients into the cream cheese mixture. Put the mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve with Corn Chips.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE reading each and every comment. Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit. I wish I could sit and chat with each of you face to face, sipping on an ice cold lemonade (in the hotter months) or a nice hot cup of coffee (in the colder months), getting to know each other but this is fun too.
