I hope everyone had a GREAT 4th of July. We hung out at the beach.

Remember this house from my Naples Tour? We went down to this part of the beach and as we were leaving hubby told me he went through the house. Can you hear my GASP-without ME. I can only dream. He said it has 8 bedrooms and 7 garages-3 of the garages are for the guest house.

I'm thinking we may need to sell some pictures-hmmm. Hubby has a great eye and these are just a few of his great photos.

Remember this? Do you want to see how the other 3 turned out?
I have been super busy with lots of projects, some for the give away, some for gifts, some for my new etsy shop, plus looking at shops for some great deals. I passed up getting one lamp at a place and now I wish I had gotten it. It is about 45 min away and I really need to go back and see of it's still there. I saw one that looked so close to it and they were selling it for tons of money. Hubby didn't like it and so I passed up even going to look at the price and now I wish I hadn't. When will I learn to follow my GUT instinct. So, do you want to see some of what I've been doing???
I really love this beach plate and have it in my Etsy shop.

Here is one of the pear plates:

This is the other pear plate. I made it look like the scrolling was a metal molding.

I made these plates for the etsy shop as well. I love how they came out.

I have started working on several lampshades. I got one completed last night and got it into my etsy shop.

Here is some of the other material I plan on doing some lampshades in.

I have wanted one of these wedding couples. Well actually I would like to find a few more. I think they are so cute. I found this one at a Goodwill for $3 and the couple is in perfect shape as well as the entire cake topper-what a find. If Goodwill figures out people want these they will up the price. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but the Goodwill here will not work with you on price-at all. I found on their website a link and they are now selling items by auction-so some of the good stuff isn't even going to hit the floor.

I found this and want to recreate it into a cloche.

I liked the shape of this frame but I am working on it to make it DIFFERENT, special, more up to date. It has a mirror in it as well. I don't know how old it is-the paper on the back was really brittle and it was falling apart.

Well that is it for now. My next post is the give away so be sure to go down one more post and sign up.

Thank you so much for taking the time to find and comment on my blog. your kind words brought me to tears. thank you for sharing with me.
