test-The Secret is Out

I am so excited to finally be able to tell you about my big secret.  My plan was to have it up a week ago but then I had all those Google issues, so it is coming out a little later than I planned but it is finally here.

Have you ever wished you could give me a call to see if we could get together, or wished you could drop by and do some crafts projects together?  I know it would be more fun to sit around the table together and snack on some special treats and chat and learn some new projects but at least this way you don't have to get all bundled up and you don't have to drive through the snow--Oh that's right we don't have snow here.  So what is the Big Secret?  I have 4 e-books filled with pictures and recipes and Its So Very Cheri craft tutorials.   Each one contains special family recipes and 3 of the E-books contains 3 project tutorials and each E-book is totally different than the next one.  I have taken lots of pictures for you and have tried to explain everything in easy to follow directions..

For those who have been following my blog for awhile you already know this, but for the new gals who are just starting on this journey with me, I will catch you up.  My husband has been in school.  Typically he works and goes to school but the Day before Thanksgiving his case ended and he hasn't had another case come open at work.  Can you feel my stress?  4 super excited kids, who are making their lists and checking them twice and we have no money coming in and no idea when another case will open up.   I had begun working on the e-book and it was perfect timing with this unexpected loss of all income, right smack dab when it is time to start our Holiday shopping.  SO this is my way of providing Christmas for my children while Prince Charming is in school.  Thanks you for your support and if you can help me spread the NEWS about my down loadable e-books, we sure would appreciate it.  I know times are tough and I am making them super affordable so if you know someone who loves to bake, or likes to try new recipes or someone who loves to do crafts-these would make great stocking stuffers.

I have 4 e-books available. I have titled each one with a favorite Christmas Song title and each one has full color photos, fun little tidbits of info; because that is the kind of stuff I would share with you if we were sitting and chatting, with a list of items needed and detailed instructions of How I made it. No 2 E-books have the same recipes/projects.  E-book #1 has 7 recipes and they are all specialty, sweet treats for the Holidays.  E-books # 2, #3, and # 4 each have 3 recipes and 3 craft tutorials.  Some of these recipes are from our Grandparents or Great Grandparents and are family treasures.  My e-books are only $4 each--you just can't beat that deal. So if you want all 4 e-books you will receive 16 recipes and 9 crafts projects for $16.

DANCE OF THE SUGAR PLUM- E-book #1 includes:

The first e-book has 7 delectable, tantalizing, TO DIE FOR recipes that are some of our family's FAVORITE Holiday recipes. We have so many that we rotate which treats we will make each year, of course we have some that are must haves.  Most of our Holiday Specialties are things we only make at Christmas time, so they are special treats that we look forward to.

These are not your typical chocolate chip cookies or rice crispie treats.  Now there is nothing wrong with either one of those-I love them both but you are getting pastries, candies and desserts that are family heirloom treasures. Each time we take these to a party or have them in our home, they are always devoured and they are the talk of the dessert table. Not only do they taste good they are also gorgeous on the table.

Prince Charming doesn't even care for coconut but he LOVES the Coconut Pie and asks for it every year.  Do you like Reece's Peanut Butter Cups? Have you ever had Pistachio Strudel?-oh it is so moist and tastes so good. It whispers your name, beckoning you to try one more bite.   My kids beg for the Moist Pumpkin Muffins.  Each recipe is a special treat that I want to share with you.  The 7 recipes are:
TOFFEE BARS
SUPER MOIST PUMPKIN MUFFINS
CANDIED PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
COCONUT PIE
MOM'S FLAKY MELT IN YOUR MOUTH PIE PASTRY
HUNGARIAN BUTTERHORNS
PISTACHIO STRUDEL

  2. I've just ordered the dance of the sugarplums e-book. You had me at coconut pie, my dear! I can hardly wait to try it out!

Hugs and hopes that you have a lovely Christmas with your sweet family.

I know just what it's like to have a husband in school. My husband was in grad school working toward his PhD for the first five years of our first little one's life, and that was TOUGH. I can't be thankful enough, though, for the lessons I learned during those times of living on less. As hard as it was living off of less than $22,000 a year and having a child and living in an expensive town, I wouldn't trade it for anything.

  4. Cheri, so sorry you you are continuing to have so much trouble with Blogger. I don't think I've heard of anyone else having this many problems with it. I just don't understand it either, so maybe you should just move to another host & your own site.

I wish you the best with everything! Have a very Merry Christmas with your family. And I hope things with your hubby's job turns around for you.

  14. Oh, Cheri!!! So many challenges for you right now! I missed that your husband doesn't have work and is in school. That stinks! My blogging life has changed a bit since I started working 5 hours a day. I don't get to check as many blogs and don't comment very often to save myself time. your e-books look great. I hope you sell a lot. Good luck with everything.

I, too have been trying to make some money via my blog. I've been on disability for 4 years, and the payments stopped in September. Best of luck to you.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE reading each and every comment. Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit. I wish I could sit and chat with each of you face to face, sipping on an ice cold lemonade (in the hotter months) or a nice hot cup of coffee (in the colder months), getting to know each other but this is fun too.
