Craving Girl Scout Cookies?

I found these recipes for  knock off GIRL SCOUT cookies.  We don't have anyone come to the door selling girl scout cookies so I want to try some of these.  How about you?

We love the thin mints and I have not made these but mint ice cream and thin mint cookies are no where near the same to me.

    Two Ritz crackers with peanut butter in the middle, then dip in melted chocolate. Tastes just like those GS cookies! If you're as lazy as I am, use those premade little sandwich ones and dip away!

    I've never been a scout, but I'll see what I can find... :)

    I just loooove shorbread biscuits!!! Soo easy to make and sooo yummy....

    I used to scoff this stuff down with black coffee while revising at college for exams!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE reading each and every comment. Thank you so much for stopping by for a visit. I wish I could sit and chat with each of you face to face, sipping on an ice cold lemonade (in the hotter months) or a nice hot cup of coffee (in the colder months), getting to know each other but this is fun too.
